As a former youth athlete myself, I remember the day-to-day struggle with nutrition. By the end of the school day, I was going into practice under fueled, feeling sluggish, and unable to perform to my highest potential. As a sports nutrition college professor, experience with Division 1 athletics, youth teams and high school athletes, and as a mom myself, I can provide you with the tools to create an effective performance nutrition meal plan.
